Method to compare multiple rs numbers, eg
o Find all rs with a given words or links
o Compare two or more rs for commonalities and differences

I can work on this. Need a week or 10 days as I'm pretty swamped in lab right now. If that's OK, I will start on this.

Everyone is free to contribute! I'd say it's encouraged. Just be aware that at this point all changes are being made in the python3-dev branch and then intelligently/selectively being merged to the python3 branch on an as-tested basis. This is just to ensure we don't break the web functionality.
