an Objectives Bayes-HMM. It's referenced in the PennCNV article but not really said to be a bad tool. We should look into it.

I think we should add this one and try it. The down side is that they stopped developing and supporting it 6 years ago. So if we have any issues it's on us to try to fix them. But testing it with the new GSA array, which was not around when they stopped supporting the software, will be a good test. If we get it working on the GSA I think it's worth adding this caller.
