Sorry Lrutter, the error message disappers so fast, so I can't tell you, but if you want to reproduce, try enter the live site, https://hsiaoyi0504.shinyapps.io/virgo/, and then click tabs in following order: SNP count visualization, see whole data table, and go back to SNP count visualization. You will see the error message.
