6 years ago It's a good idea and actually we are looking into it, but we need to finish some basic data analysis first to see important feature.
Would be cool if the tool incorporated a classifier of some kind e.g. random forest. For example classify diabetes vs normal. Might be possible to see which SNPs contribute the most. Not sure how feasible this is!
