Uncertain how to replicate or what it consists of as Slimefun suddenly threw the error and terminated the block.

Thanks for the report, could I have a screenshot of the menu for the following black?

World: world X: -11867 Y: 180 Z: 5000

This should be a Fluffy Barrel

Reread the issue and saw you mentioned that the block was terminated. This shouldn't happen again, since it was maybe caused by some menu generation issue (or maybe you updated from a really old version to the latest version recently). I'll leave this issue open in case it happens again.
