Terminology: use "consequence"?

The app uses the terminology of "expectation" or "expected amount" to describe data that specify how much of each feature we expect when a given management action is implemented. Under structured decision making terminology, this should be referred to as the "consequence" instead. @ricschuster and @josephrbennett, which terminology do you think is best?
