@edwardsmarc the updated WTW data: R:\NCCGIS\PROJECTS\NATGIS\CONS_TECH\PRZ_TOOL\DATA_PREP\WTW_NAT_DATA_20230828.zip

I had to re-run ECCC SAR rij as there was only 475 species out of 489 (I made an error somewhere). That data bundle on the R: is now all up to data with the WTW_NA_SPECIES_METADATA.xlsx having a "Goals" column

This looks good to me @DanWismer and the scripts run and produce the correct goals in my test dataset. Happy to merge.
