align with wikidata identifiers #6

Each class closely corresponds to a wikidata entry. Need to look them up, add them to the adc-disciplines.csv file, and regenerate the ontology.

@jeanetteclark can someone on the datateam look these up? there are examples in the file. Let me know if I need to provide more guidance?
