save dataset button didn't save #13

I ran into an issue two days ago where my saved dataset became inaccessible after the ADC website stopped responding and crashed. It seems like when I saved the dataset prior to it actually submitting (ie. there were still outstanding metadata fields to fill in, and I thought I was saving as I went) it didn't actually save to a dataset I could access. Daphne was able to access the partially complete dataset and reshare it with me, but it had disappeared from my datasets list.

Hi @lpm75 Thank you for the report. We'll definitely try to work out what happened and how to fix it.

Could you provide a few more details, such as your browser version and OS version? And, can you describe the steps you were taking (e.g., a list of actions you took and what you saw on the screen)? Also, can you construct what error message you might have seen, and describe more what you mean by the website "crashed" (e.g., what were the indications that it crashed)? This will help us to better understand what happened.

Sorry for the late response. I was using Chrome Version 113.0.5672.126 (Official Build) (x86_64) and MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7. If I remember correctly, I had completed the general metadata for my dataset and then uploaded several spreadsheets. As I filled in the metadata for each .csv file I clicked the green "save dataset" at the bottom right of my screen, and assumed it was saving as I went. At some point, I got a message something like "the arcticdata.io website is unresponsive".
