While the uptime check for arcticdata.io (the Wordpress site) is helpful, I don't think it's really the whole story. Since we run two web services (Wordpress and Metacat) I think we need a check that hits https://arcticdata.io/metacat/d1/mn/v2/object as well, which gives us a better look at the uptime of Metacat. We've had to restart Metacat for various reasons each quarter, so the two minutes of downtime above would average out to be higher. @nickatnceas - can you put a check in for that?
