Create a page detailing semantics #79

Amber / Matt requested a page on arcticdata.io about semantic vocabulary definitions and recommended I reach out to Mark. We want the page to be easily readable by the average person to explain what semantic annotations are and how they're used to help researchers navigate the terms used in datasets we hold.

Mark is taking a first pass at writing some text for that webpage.

As of right now, I think it makes sense under Support > Working with Data, and I would add a bullet point on that list about semantic vocabulary definitions that would link out to the page you're writing. Happy to think about other ways to display the information, though - if it makes more sense to you to nest it somewhere else, let me know.

The idea is to make this page easily understandable by end users of the catalog. Basically, we want them to understand why we have semantic definitions and how they're helpful for data reuse. As of right now, other than people who come to webinars or other presentations that we give, I don't think anyone knows or has a way to find out what the green check mark means next to different attributes. I want to be able to publicise what that means so that end users know what it means and how great it is that they have that extra layer of definition when they look for data in the catalog.

Graphics would be great, especially for things that may be more difficult to understand for the average end user (which for our purpose, I'll define as an Arctic researcher either depositing or reusing data in the catalog).
