[x] Investigate options for mailing list platforms (emailed Courtney about NCEAS mailchimp 8/23)
[x] Develop content that would go in there, likely based off of quarterly reports
[x] import emails into the data platform
[x] Gather feedback on the content and format
[x] Mail out the first newsletter!
