When you say spatial replicates you also mean different treatments, right? E.g., burned vs. unburned. I think we should make that a little clearer, since a replicate in my mind is a replication within a treatment. And you are using this interchangeably, within Collins08 data replicates are different treatments, within knz_001d it’s true replicates (subplots), right?
