There are likely additional zooplankton community data with both temporal and spatial representation of variability. Try to locate these. A good place to start is searching the KNB for the series of data collected by the Ives and Frost working group at NCEAS that collated data spanning 35 lakes. Also check data from NTL in Wisconsin.
