I talked to Thomas about this. He thinks that 4 large tables installed as a "V" shape will allow to host 24 participants. We might also want to add one of the potluck table in the pack for the instructors.

Currently the tables are unmounted in storage.

We need to find a date on the week of 02/26 to do the set up

What we need:

4 large tables (with Ikea time)
1 slim table
4 power strips

Thomas, Jared, Gabriel And I did the set up of the tables and chair on 03/02.

Thomas is going to finish power setup on Monday.

We opted for the assistant instructors being sitting at the kitchen top
