Subheader levels #2

The 'In this session' contents are built from the google doc subheads and I'm using that to structure the Rmd. In M3S2 there are a lot of sections / bullets and I'm not sure they are at the correct levels. For example "Entire View and Sorting" and "Show me menu" are at the level of creating a graph but aren't formatted as subheads so don't show in the contents list in the google doc, but do show up as sections in the Rmd navigation menu. Can you confirm that the 'In this session' list is indicative of the subhead sections even if the bullets are numbers a bit differently?

Per in person discussion - using the high level 'In this session' as the master list. Still to be resolved in some places but will be noted in individual session issue lists.
