Clarify Exercise 4 / 5.2.1 Publish update #156

Exercise 4 seems to entail replacing but then refers us to the above code, which is code that shows how to add a new data pid (5.2.1).

5.2.1 should probably state the difference between adding a new data pid or replacing existing pids in publish_update
