add more information on how to handle zipped shape files

I put the files inside the zip into the entityDescription and then the shapefile itself has attributes you'll need to either read it into R or open it with an open source GIS program like QGIS to figure out what they are read_zip_shapefile from arcticdatautils is very handy for this

adding a exercise with spatial data might help, we've been getting more spatial datasets lately
