misspelled word in MaintUpFreqType enumeration list #228

in eml-dataset.xsd there is a misspelled choice in an enumeration list, under MaintUpFreqType eml-dataset.xsd:417:

Fixed in eml-dataset.xsd by adding a new 'unknown' value. Kept the original value in the enumeration for backwards compatibility, but noted that its use is deprecated.
