Just a very small documentation fix adjusting the url to the funder registry

Looks good to me, thanks for seeing the old link and fixing it for us @kf8a.

@mbjones I wasn't sure which branch to merge this onto so I'll leave this unmerged for now. Our docs indicate new commits go onto the latest development branch (e.g., BRANCH_EML_2_2) but I see you are also working over on develop. Where should we be adding commits?

Yes, we haven't been as explicit as we should with a CONTRIBUTING.md file. The BRANCH_EML_2_2 is really for schema-related changes on the 2.2 series of releases. So, I created a develop branch to be used as a general integration/testing/documentation branch and have been making most changes there that don't relate to a schema release per se. Then that gets merged into master. So, please do merge into develop, and note that there are other pending changes there awaiting review in issue #355 (but I think it is ready to go as described).
