Document terminology definitions and map them to dialect-specific terminology #4

The terms: dataset, resource, entity, and attribute all have slightly different meanings depending on their metadata dialect.

We need to explicitly define these terms in a dialect-agnostic way, and then map them to the terms used in each of the metadata dialects we check.
