PFX-Groundfish: species predictions data - central GoA #38

The data from issue #37 are inputs to create 9 files posted on the google drive. A lot of the same project level metadata can be used for these 9 files but they will take some time to post since there are so many.

Don't re-fromat these at all we just need them to be posted ASAP. See #37 for links and other info

Published all 9 files on GOA repository. Will update abstract soon.
