While looking at https://search.dataone.org/view/https://pasta.lternet.edu/package/metadata/eml/knb-lter-ble/2/3, I first noticed the funky HTML encoding in the identifiers in the package table. I then I clicked Download All, in part, to grab the ORE (doi:10.6073/pasta/055976fe4944a172aaddfdb90fcce7ac). When I extracted the ZIP, I get:
doi:10.6073/pasta/055976fe4944a172aaddfdb90fcce7ac
❯ tree . . ├── bag-info.txt ├── bagit.txt ├── pid-mapping.txt └── tagmanifest-sha1.txt 0 directories, 4 files
Even though the package is made up of five objects, two of them data.
Just wanted to file this away for now, I think it's an edge case.
This should be retested when 2.16 is released as it includes the getPackage rewrite.
getPackage
It should make be a good unit test for some early validation.
