Add ability to display two program icons in a prov chart #247

Currently only one program can appear in a prov chart correctly, see this issue for details: https://github.com/NCEAS/metacatui/issues/105 .

The prov drawing view should be updated to handle multiple programs that are related to a single item, for example, two programs that read the same file, which should both appear in the metadataview detail section for the file being read.
