Plan improvements to Data Quality Display

As we expose an extensible data quality assessment service that builds upon our existing automated metadata quality service (ACD CI-12), we will need to update MetacatUI's Assessment Report page to accommodate this improved service. Changes may include presenting more information and providing more display options.

This issue encompasses the planning phase of this work, including:

• [ ] Compiling the set of requirements for the changes to the Assessment Report page
• [ ] Coming up with a design & implementation plan for the changes
• [ ] Layout this plan as a series of issues

• Relevant changes are in the feature-hashstore-support branch of the metadig-engine repo.
  • See also, metadig-101
• Decided that we should show the per-dataobject results directly on the dataset landing page
• Show a button next to the download button, or perhaps work this into the new preview data object feature.
• Make the drop down that allows switching between suite more prominent. It is currently easy for users to miss. This will help highlight the new quality check.
