Description

Check that each contact has an email and an address.

Priority

ADC, KNB, ESS-DIVE: INFO

Procedure

for each contact, verify that an email and address have been specified. No check of validity of the email or addresses are made.

I would argue for KNB and Arctic Data (and probably ESS-DIVE) that email address should be required for creators. Mailing address is far less critical and should probably be separated.
