Description

check for presence of several entity sub-elements

this check was renamed from 'check.entity.name.present" as the old title didn't sufficiently describe the check

Procedure

check for the presence of the following entity sub-elements: name, description, data format, size (in bytes), checksum

Having one checkthat checks multiple items seems potentially confusing. Does the check pass only if all five of these are present? If the check fails, how does the user know which item is missing? How does this correspond to entity.format.present, entity.description.present, entity.format.present, entity.size (check not found), entity.checksum.congruent.

BTW, all of these entity. checks should be moved to resource.
