metadig-engine running all checks as opposed to just a suite of checks #392

for some reason, all of the checks are running at once. this is specific to the 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT release. nee to figure out why

turns out this was a duplicate suiteId in the suites, from a suite I had been running to test the python checks
