Changes to output of Arctic Data Suite checks

After reviewing https://test.arcticdata.io/#mdq/arctic-data.40.4 the dev team has decided that the Arctic Data Center Suite checks need the following changes:

• [x] NSF award number check
  • if award number isn’t found
    • this should be warning (OPTIONAL, FAILURE)
• [x] dataset title check
  • should say ‘words' not ‘characters'
  • change title check to be at least 7 words
  • make required
  • make it two title checks
    • required: at least 5
  • look at titles in arctic data to see what is common for word length
• [x] cc usage check
  • check should list license name
• [x] temporal coverage check and next 4 checks
  • change wording: ‘metadata element ‘temporal’ was present and of length 1
    • say ’6 temporal coverage elements found’ or no temporal coverage elements found
• [x] sampling description check is ok
• [x] attribute definitions check should be skipped if no attributes present
  • users can't enter attributes via registry
  • update attribute check to be used by other suites:
    • change wording: “all 0 attribures have valid defintions'
    • attribute checks should be broken out by entity type
    • change wording to ‘attributres for dataTable foo not defined'
    • should be skipped if no dataTable
    • won’t matter if optional or required
    • attribute checks should be INFO
      • should be skipped if no data entities
• [x] add a check if user doesn’t have any data entities defined
  • should be a warning (OPTIONAL, FAILURE)
• [ ] add check of data url to make sure url exists
• [x] entity checks should be warnings
• [x] temporal coverage check
  • so combine ‘temporal coverage and 'coverage start year' checks
• [x] methods present
  • add subcheck for at least 7-10 words for description
    • warning if not met
• [x] missing value codes check
  • may not be working
  • if no attributres the check should be skipped
  • should be an info check
• [ ] enumerated domains check
  • make same as missing value codes
• [ ] check registry form to ensure that a non nsf project code can be entered
• [x] change ‘element’ to ‘section’ in any check output
• [x] creator/contact user identifier sections is confusing
  • can’t enter user identifier in registry so exclude user identifier check from arcticdata suite
  • change format to somthing like “4 of 5 creators have email addresses"
• [x] doi check
  • arctic data can’t assign dois
  • tell user that this will be assinged later
  • this dataset has not yet been assinged a dos, will be assigned a doi after dataset approval
• [x] entity name check
  • change wording to “no data entities are available to check entity info (name, "
    • change wording for checks that have similiar output to this, i.e. tell what is not being checked
  • no data entities in a dataset means waring
• [x] pair plot check
  • change wording for "nothing was done with"

There are still two items to complete, but last week we should release mdqe with the current set of checks, so leaving this issue open for now.
