Update param used to retrieve assessment graphs #13

The GET '/scores' endpoint parameter 'collectionId' has been updated to 'id'. This parameter has been made more generic as scores can be retrieved for portal collections by specifying the portal seriesId (e.g. urn:uuid:d6d8fc1f-a4d9-4c44-8305-a8c0c35f387e for toolik portal) and also member nodes (e.g. id="urn:node:ARCTIC).
