The Metacat indexing component doesn't create index entries for quality checks
identified as type 'congruency' or 'dataFormats', as detailed in this
metacat repo issue.
Congruency checks have been written (for the LTER suite) but no data format checks
have been written. If these two check types are important, we should include them in
the index.
