metajam has been remove from CRAN #149

Package ‘metajam’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the [archive](https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/metajam).

Archived on 2024-06-28 as maintainer's email address is no longer in use.
