Create polygons over Carpinteria #2

We need to create the ice plant polygons to sample spectral information over Carpinteria

[x] 2014
[x] 2016
[x] 2018
[x] 2020

Notes:

2018: seems to be a dry year with a lot of dead ice plant
2016: image spectral information seems off with very high exposition. Everything looks dead but hard to tell if it is true
2012: very green vegetation
2014 and 2012 images are at 1m resolution
2020 and 2012 images were acquired in May so seems to be more green than the others

I opened an issue in the Planetary Computer repo about the 2016 images: [https://github.com/microsoft/PlanetaryComputer/issues/82] They replied and the problem seems to be that the NIR band is saved as a transparency band. To fix the visualization on QGIS we need to go to Layer Properties -> Transparency and then where it says "Transparency Band" choose none.

I will collect the polygons for 2016.
