object properties for 1.3 release #19

Relevant to #18 , we want additional object properties for the upcoming 1.2 release.

@mpsaloha @mobb @amoeba and I discussed this briefly during today's semantics call. At the minimum, we want to create new object properties to support semantic annotations in EML at the entity and dataset levels. We are currently looking at the literature and will consult with the curation team at ENVO. We'll report our suggestions here.

Any update on this? Should we target 1.2 still or the next release?

I talked with @mpsaloha about this and it should be okay putting this off until the next release.
