Understand the structure of the SEAMAP DB (how to link tables); identify the fields needed for our analysis and for the queries that allow extracting the red snapper dataset. List of selected tables & fields: SEAMAP data wrangling doc.

A more thorough review of the queries used to extract data from the SEAMAP db will be made after leave. We will also describe the assumptions. For now, we can probably consider this derived OSS-FISH db good to produce our minimum viable products.

@paulacetus did you complete the more thorough review of the SEAMAP db queries? If what we have now is fine for our upcoming manuscript, let's mark this as completed and close it.

I just recently had a chance to meet with folks at the NOAA Lab in Pascagoula to go over the tables we care about. I'll definitely try to review our queries before we meet again.
