So I finally thought about what to display on the interactive bar chart. The bars should show the following numbers (based on the consequence data + output.txt)
number of datasets of tissue x
total number of samples for tissue x
number of disease datatsets for tissue x
number of disease samples for tissue x
number of normal datatsets for tissue x
number of normal samples for tissue x
number of samples with any protein identifications for tissue x
number of samples with strong identifications for tissue x
number of variant proteins with strong identifications for tissue x
total size of spectral files mined in Mb (to calculate)
