The idea is essentially using Docker, download an RTPEA image and with users input data manipulated in the same format they will be able to visualise prot data on a web browser

RTPEA launch steps would need to be automated and all dependencies and environments to work within a docker image. This would also include RetroMiner's parsing pipeline
