The RPM package has been introduced in #3279

This issue only applies to the RPM generated by jpackage.

I propose to rid of the following, presumably unnecessary, RPM GUI dependencies:

To ease the install in an environment lacking Internet connectivity.

We no longer use the jpackage rpm in favor of the rpm generated by the Gradle Nebula plugin.
