Fix display of organization tasks #4964

The table of tasks for organizations now correctly shows the breadcrumb trail of each task in the Name column.

Closes AB#1196

User changes

On the Show page of an organization, users can now see the breadcrumb trail of the assigned tasks.

Superuser changes

On the Edit page of an organization, superusers can now see the breadcrumb trail of the assigned tasks.

Admin changes

On the Edit page of an organization, admins can now see the breadcrumb trail of the assigned tasks, also after (de)selecting tasks.

System admin changes

[ ] anet.yml or anet-dictionary.yml needs change
[ ] db needs migration
[ ] documentation has changed
[ ] graphql schema has changed
