TEGS4_Test RENEE pipeline on test samples, re-run on TEGS4 data #15

The RENEE pipeline did not run completely on TEGS3 and TEGS4 data. While the gene counts were created, steps after MultiQC were not completed. Kelly provided some suggestions
Erica suggested making sure RENEE runs on test data.
Ran RENEE on test samples on 2023/11/27 and 2023/11/28. Both times failed. Error message said it was not able to locate the files the .test folder. Informed Kelly
Ran MultiQC outside of RENEE - completed successfully

Ran several tests on the RENEE test data for Kelly and Sam. Issue persists. Kelly thinks its likely because of the upgrade in singularity by the Biowulf team.

Issue not resolved yet as of Jan 2, 2024
