The the GSEA anlysis from r package clusterProfiler can perform the enrichment analysis and gseaplot2 can also produce the similar figure. However, the GSEApy's plot seems better. The pvalue from the python package and R package are slightly different. But the Enrich score are the same from both package. Uhkyun mentioned that he does not need the pvalue or ES score, he just need the visualization. I will send the following plot to him.
