Similar as previous requirement, the results will located in: /data/COVID_ADHOC/Sequencing/COVID_WGS/Data/USU_First_Batch_low_std_96_361_18/debug

Due to the space limitation (10TB),

I moved the root path to

/data/COVID_WGS/lix33/Sequencing/COVID_WGS/Data/USU_First_Batch_low_std_96_361_18/debug

Then re-retrieve the data again.
