caDSR graph name and namespace #19

As there is a possibility that CRFs and models/schemas might eventually be loaded into the shared SI service, I'd like to suggest that the caDSR namespace be changed from

http://cbiit.nci.nih.gov/caDSR#

to

http://cbiit.nci.nih.gov/caDSR/cde#

and the graph name from

http://cbiit.nci.nih.gov/caDSR

to

http://cbiit.nci.nih.gov/caDSR/cde

But as the addition of CRFs and models is still only a possibility, it's up to DW & team to do this or not. The only pro at this time is that it reflects on the content of the current caDSR graph, but all of this can be explained in documentation.
