rotate error log #7

Start at 1M (adjust size if needed in the future). Include dateTime in rotated filename, use %Y-%m-%d_%I.%M.%S_%p for the format.

Wound up with 10M setting & 100 rotations. Probably need to be tweaked in the future depending on frequency of analysis.

Deployment ticket to all upper tiers submitted. Awaiting notification.
