Enabler: Add integration tests #2

Integration tests

When the inevitable updates occur, it would be good to know the libraries still work as part of an API and not just as static unit tests.

This requires creating a test-harness API to do some minimal amount of work.

This is related to NCIOCPL/dotnet-api-template#5.

Note: Integration tests do not cover calling Elasticsearch as that functionality doesn't come from our code.
