Enabler: Create ELK Stack that Listens to Acquia Cloud Logstream

Create a Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana stack that uses the Acquia Cloud Logstream as a Log Source

This will allow us to aggregate logs and be able to handle tasks like request tracking through the AC layers.
