After exploring the hook_paragraphs_widget_actions_alter function and some other paragraph hook alters, we found that hook_form_alter is (currently) the best option as we are able to unset the specific paragraphs types from both the add_more and add_more/operations/#links arrays from the form. NOTE: explore ajax callback functions (i.e. blog series)
