Spike: Investigate Content, Content Moderation, and Media views by Reverting to Drupal Core on ODE

In order to evaluate the behavior of Drupal Core, we need an ODE to be created that reverts back to Drupal core for the content view, content moderation view, and the media view. Once this is completed we can evaluate how to approach #4203 , and a new ticket that will be created to delete the Media Moderation tab.

Expected Deliverables:

• An ODE with the content view, content moderation view, and the media view reverted back to the Drupal Core.

• Resulting ODE will be brought to Bryan and Andy for review
