@blairlearn, @andyvanavery31 , @sarinapadilla , please confirm if we are ok with the Spanish Blog Series displaying the non-functional "Delete" button for all 3 scenarios. Please see details on https://github.com/NCIOCPL/cgov-digital-platform/issues/4341
