@Sandra T., The regression tests and manual tests passed for Drupal 10.2 update on ODE 774. Verified that "Save & Configure" button does not appear for "Custom Blocks" and prop10 has "-NCI" in Spanish contents. Created an article and translated it and verified that both English and Spanish article looks good at the front end. Please let me know if there is any outstanding item that I need to verify before I flip the QA label for this PR
